During my 20+ years amidst the confusion, loneliness, and occasional streaks of enjoyment in business leadership roles (13+ as CEO), I experienced many frustrations and challenges, weathered storms to realize success, made mistakes, and learned valuable lessons along the way.  

One of the most consistent sources of finding solutions, support, and understanding was through my network of trusted mentors and coaches.  It was the one safe haven where vulnerability is not a weakness but a strength, and transparency is the key to unlocking personal and professional growth.

I found that my resistance to engaging in these opportunities at the needed times resulted in going it alone in a daily grind, relying on self-dialogue to address challenges, and missing critical opportunities for personal and business growth.

I was very fortunate to have several successful business outcomes culminating in growing a medical device company from $85M to $275M in revenue and the #5 market share position to the #2 position.  However, I knew there was a better and more fulfilling way that I could have gotten to that point and have set out to make sure I support other leaders in finding that more rewarding and enjoyable path.

Leveraging my (mostly tough) business leadership experiences and formal executive coaching training, I now focus on working with ambitious and humble leaders to support them in turning my "mess" into their "success".   This work leverages the most impactful approach I have found to achieve that goal - individual executive "guiding".  This collaboration creates a partnership with business leaders that provides a safe, confidential, and challenging space to work through issues and opportunities.
